Order and Shipping Information

Please contact our Client Services Coordinators at 520-575-5200, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm MST, to place an order or check tissue availability.

All orders must be received by LifeLegacy Foundation in writing by noon (MST) the business day prior to shipment. To ensure inventory availability of requested tissues, we recommend a two week notice of tissue needs.

All orders received after this time will be shipped the following shipping day, or will be charged a $500 rush handling fee. These fees are not inclusive of the actual shipping charges.

We do not do same-day shipping.

LifeLegacy Foundation does ship internationally.  Due to shipping time and potential customs delays involved when shipping outside the U.S., we recommend tissue be frozen when shipped.  Fresh tissue can be shipped only when prior special arrangements have been made.  Fresh tissue is scheduled to arrive at its destination within 24 hours of shipment.

All orders cancelled within 24 hours prior to shipping will be charged a restocking fee plus packaging costs. For orders of standard tissue, the restocking fee is 25% of the tissue cost; and for orders of custom tissue, the restocking fee is 50% of the tissue cost.
